Williams Fine Violins has talented and dedicated instructors.  To make everything run smoothly, these are the policies.

• Payment for the upcoming month's lessons is due by the first of the month.
• Lessons begin and end on time.
• Notify your teacher at least 24 hours in advance if you can not attend your lesson. 
• You will be charged for all lessons unless 24 hour notice is given of cancellation.
• Make-up lessons are at the teacher's discretion and availability.
• Individual teachers may have additional policies including late fees.  
• 30 day notice is to be given if discontinuing lessons.
